Only two actually. The two types of lenses/buckets use the same bulb setup
although physically differently positioned. One white for backup lights, one
two filament red for taillights and brake lights and one single filament red
or amber depending on lens color.

Ah, okay.   That then points out the great importance of not only
specifying the type of lens in use (Gr4 versus standard) but also the
coloration of
the lens (red/red/white versus red/amber/white), for a total of four
different possible combinations....
