Rob,
I don't know if humidity has any effect on radiator function but I know it effects the a/c. humid air is much harder to cool (or heat too). This is why with daytime temps well above 100 deg nighttime temps will be an easy 30 to 40 deg cooler; while here in Houston we are lucky to get much more than a 20 deg drop on a hot august night.
And to answer your earlier question I run pusher fans with a hall radiator (but my a/c condenser is still in the rear).
Gray

Well an interesting discussion - I am clearly not an expert on how humidity
impacts the cooling of the rad. I guess in addition to the impact on the rad
there is also the impact on the AC system (in Texas that will run AC for about
10 months of the year). Does massive hummidity make it tougher to cool with AC?
Does that impact the way Meriah fans might work here compared to other places?
Does anyone in Texas (South east Texas - hummidy central) still run the Meriahs
and AC successfully?
When I say massive hummidty I mean you get out of your air condtioned car and
you glasses steam up on your face?
Rob

oh, ok. It sounded like you might have known something about the process that I
missed. Every property that I know about is different between moist and dry air
(of course as a pilot you know the adiabatic lapse rate is different) so I
thought you could explain this.
As a pilot, here's what I know.
Push forward, houses get big. Pull back, houses get small. :>)
