[DeTomaso] NPC! Need longer racing harness belt brackets for NORC/SSCC

The rating is very strong. But may not meet tech rules.

I am using this style, a bit smaller, on my shoulder harness mounts from Quella,
He traditionally mounts them too low and this was my solution.

Red lock tite and strong torque. Seem to be working just fine.
