[DeTomaso] NPC - Where are vehicles made.

I am not trying to start a flame war here. To me it is just a question of guilt vs. an oath I have sworn.

I do not have choices not to buy garbage goods from China, but I would feel guilty if for personal gain I would choose a Japanese car over one that was designed/made in US. It is a matter of personal choice that all of us living here will have to face one day as the consequences of those choices add up and weaken a great power.

I do feel guilty over some of my European cars, but 1) I inherited most of them and 2) They were mostly second hand junk 3) I always loved my 1986 Mercedes 300E with all its faults

As the American cars fade away in the sunset in numbers and in looks looking more like the bug eyed vermin scurrying along the roads, so do many other qualities that made this nation something to be admired.

One should only look at Rome and the 1000 years of darkness its fall has brought. As a child I grew up looking at its ruins and I, as insignificant as I am in the great scheme of things, will not help in doing the same to a nation that has always done its best for me, a poor immigrant.

I would buy anything before buying a Government Motors car. GM has gone
off my list as an option.
