[DeTomaso] Throwout Bearing installation

Bud, what you remembered was, there are two slightly different throwout 
bearing IDs due to the way they're made, and one fits looser than the other. 
There's also apparently two different carrier ODs to match. The bearings and 
carriers are apparently interchangeable; don't know for sure. Its been awhile 
since I built up a complete engine for a Pantera. You could take a fine 
file to the iron carrier step and shave it down to a slip fit on the bearing 
you have ifb the press fit bothers you; the fit of the bearing to the carrier 
seems less important than the fit of the carrier to the ZF nose piece. Good
