Yep I got comments from Ken Green as well - I don't have a dropped Floor plan.  
I am going to pass on the seats just too big

I can only speak to my car with dropped floor pans on an early '71.  The 
passenger side which is the tighter fit due to to the parking brake is 21" at 
the base.  I've trimmed down my parking brake box and have 20" across.  It's 
probably 19 1/2" with the stock parking brake box.. Granted, the seat cushion is 
higher and wider than the base, I have no way to tell you if that would fit. 
There should be no problem with the shoulder width if you can get the base in. 
It is 38" from bottom of a dropped floor pan to the headliner straight up. 
 Subtract a few inches for the dropped floor pan and it seems these seats would 
be close if not too high.
