Yes, they are from Pat Mical.  

To be honest I cannot remember what the cost was.  I bought them a while ago and they were a line item on a build sheet that I cannot seem to find right now. 

As a matter of fact I cannot find any receipts right now.  It would appear my wife has filed them away somewhere for safe keeping.
