[DeTomaso] ZF questions

"Too late"; she cried.
It's installed and re-assembled.
I took the shifter shaft out and left the stub-shaft on it.
When I pulled it, there was a gray scum at the entry.
Not much - but I can pretend that it was necessary.

It was worthwhile learning that there's nothing to be afraid of in the 
selector box.
