[DeTomaso] motorbike help in Chino, CA... (checking out a bike)

hello...

is there anyone who know motorbikes and lives near Chino, CA, and
would like to help me and take a look on a bike for me? its a TZ250
race bike...
just simple overlook of the bike, hear it going, maybe check out the
seller, if they get  bad "stomach" felling about the seller?? and so
on...  take some pictures of the bike as it is now and of the parts
following..

some help is better then non help :D
