[DeTomaso] Heater control valve

In the system John and I have, both feed and return to the heater pump are
taken from the same side of the radiator (feed) and only a few inches apart,
so there is no natural pressure between the feed and return to the heater or
heater pump. The heater is not between the rad feed and return like the
stock setup, which does have a large pressure difference across it.

You may not have flow but you will have pressure and if a hose or connection
