[DeTomaso] Heater control valve

This "bypass" mode is not helping to cool the engine, quite the opposite.

It works as the heat up passage under the thermostat, but it doesn't close unless you put on full cabin heat. Not a good thing.

You really want the flow to stop when you close the heater valve.
