If you review some of the other photos in the same album, you should find some showing I used an off the shelf rubber gasket material usually used around car doors, trunk lids, etc.  This gave me a great seal to the radiator.

What do you use to fill the vertical space at both ends of the fan  mount 
cross bars to seal the fan shroud so that the fans don't suck air from the  
back side of the radiator?
