[DeTomaso] are these pantera tail lights?

Well, actually, before Maserati or De Tomaso used those lights, they were original to a late 60's Alfa.

Interestingly, I have seen several examples mounted on Maseratis that were unique lens castings that incorporated the Maserati trident logo in the casting.

That style housing, as used on the Pantera, was made in both metal and plastic versions. The metal version used upper and lower lens castings, each held on by two lens screws. I suspect the metal examples were the first-generation version that was quickly replaced by the cheaper plastic version. They are quite scarce; I seldom see them even with all my searching for the Group 4 tail lights. I was recently contacted by a Pantera owner looking for such two-piece lenses and couldn't help him.

And to use this subject as a segue, I am still offering Group 4 tail lights for sale. Both restored and NOS.

Over 50 sets sold worldwide. Watch out McDonalds! ;-)
