I actually flew to Detroit and went to visit that guy and look at the 
wheel.   It's in pretty rough shape, with extensive signs of corrosion that 
render it unfit for road use.   It's just a conversation piece.   Unfortunately 
he doesn't see it that way, and refuses to back off his very high reserve....
