Yes, it was cold, perhaps high 50s.  We used 860 reducer - 4:1:1

I also suspect our spray pressure at the tip was too low.  We were using a 
Chinese knockoff HVLP with 1.3 tip. It was also suggested we be a bit more 
generous with the reducer.
