[DeTomaso] rear brake pads

If you remove the inner pad entirely, can you fit the new outer pad? If yes,
you just need to push back the piston some more. If no, perhaps you have a
thicker than stock rotor?

anyone have any problem with rear outer replacement brake pads not fitting?
It appears the lining is too thick. Pads were purchased through Pantera
Proformance.
