[DeTomaso] MSD distributors - WTF?

I can only muddy the waters by saying that there ARE MSD distributors that
fit under an engine cover, as I run one.

I'm not at home right now so I can't tell you which one I have, but I do
know that it's possible. FWIW.

I use the 8577 and for me the fitment issue was the fire wall. The 8577 has
a "narrow" cap. I don't run an engine cover either so this was not an issue
or concern for me.
