Actually, the listing clearly does state:

Make: Shelby

I too believe it is a case of them not knowing the complexities of the Cobra builds,
original, continuation and replica.

But nonetheless, their auction is not accurately describing the car. Their less-than-full,
and in-fact incorrect description could make the case of deceptive advertising and/or fraud.

Their apparent failure to clarify, or to even appear to take concern over, the description
after my message to them is what causes me continued concern.
