[DeTomaso] Mind Train

I doubt that anyone has the "rights" to these products, unless it is a registered trademark which only protects the name, but others are still free to copy the design in all but very unusual circumstances.   There could be an ownership theory under trade dress, but that only applies to non-functional designs.

Question for all:

While PIM seems to have the rights to Fred Matsumoto's Mind Train Big Mouth 
headers, does anyone know if someone is making tailpipe/muffler replacements?

I talked with Fred about acquiring such items several years ago but now I hear 
that he has "hung it up" and Mind Train is no more.

Info anyone?
