[DeTomaso] Single or Dual Pass Radiators?

Question is how accurate is your gauge and what temp t-stat do you have installed? One interesting fact that got discussed in the Reno Fun rally tech session was that all literature and Ford research recommended a 192F optimal running temperature for a Cleveland and the conclusion was that the 192F t-stat was the way to go.
