[DeTomaso] Wiring Diagram Software

The Corel I use is an older version yet quite capable. I export files
for the CNC on a regular basis from it in CAD format. Older versions are
cheap on ebay. I am using v12.

I have mixed feelings about the Isis. In some respects it is neat, in
others, I don't really get the advantage. For instance, it will tell you
if a light bulb is out? If you put in your own wire harness I think you
can trouble shoot your own bulb. I understand the advantage of how
current is managed, but I think that can be addressed with relays to
satisfaction in any system.

In the end it boils down to what keeps you awake thinking about it at
night. In the end these are hobby cars and it boils down to what you
want to work on or play with.

(Our CAD operators call it "Crayola CAD", but our architect clients love it. I think the architecture world is being changed by building information modeling software, such as Revit and is going away from AutoCAD.)

My harness is stilling in a box, still connected to most switches and the console. I'm not looking forward to deciphering it, so starting fresh is very tempting, especially with a system that removes high-current loads from the switches such as the ISIS system.
