I ceramic coated my own headers at HOME, from a spray can. I was impressed. The instructions said bake, 200f, cool bake 400f cool bake 600f cool. I used the clean cycle in my shop oven. 1200 miles later they look like this.. great.. VHT from NAPA. My headers were kinda pitted and I did not want to spend $350... I'm sure a pro job would be better.. but I'm thrilled http://www.slickpaint.com/index.php?supermode=gallery_view&previewm=1&a=Pantera_Info&image=110324084601_dsc00002.jpg&screenres=1024-768
