[DeTomaso] MSD Distributors

I have an MSD 8577 along with an MSD 6al box and an MSD blaster coil. I
don't run with the engine cover so it's not an issue for me. The 8577 is a
"small cap" distributor. Some of the larger diameter distributor caps do
present a clearance problem with the firewall.
