Will,

Continuing from the last post (I got interrupted), terminals #1 an #2 do not have to have any wires
connected to them.  All you need is a wire connected to the BATT terminal.  The other end of this
wire should be connected to the ammeter, if you have an ammeter.  If you have a volt meter, then
this wire should be connected to the BAT terminal of the original starter solenoid.

To activate the dash warning light, connect the blue/black wire to terminal #1.
