 This question is clearly unanswerable without a photo.

If you provide a link to a Provamo page, only those with approved access will be able to view it.

If you do a screen capture of the wheel lock and post it to your free to use, free for all to view, POCA photo album,
all the forum members can view the wheel.

If we would all just abandon this archaic email list forum and utilize the modern POCA forum,
you could have included that screen capture photo in your actual post.
