[DeTomaso] NPC Reproduction Scarab sports car now available

[Jerry R Knotts]

There is a fellow locally that has a heavily rusted Pantera and also a Datsun based Scarab.  A few years ago he put a sneer on the front of the Scarab at Hallett raceway and he now has 2 garage queens.

  I also recall Scarab referring to 240 Z's (possibly 260 and 280s also) with V-8s. Usually small block Chevys.

  i had one once with a zcar
  engine, 280 I think, ? Tasmin"?? it was a short ownership deal, bought it to
  resell it.  I remember that it was poorly made in comparison my my Spitfires
  and TR 6 s, wasn't that sporty or powerful and the gi-normous center console
  was made for taking out people that you hated and wanted to keep as far away
  as possible.
