You could get an MSD 8950 RPM Activated Switch and use it to control a relay.

I just installed my sanden.  Generally, if I am "sporting" a car, I turn off
the A/C anyhow but if one were to want an automatic shutoff of the
compressor tied to RPMs with a 6AL ignition box, how would one do that?
