It appears to be a Windsor block (bulges out at the rear) with a
pair of Cleveland heads.  The intake is interesting.  It appears
to be a 351C Torker but has an end seal shaped like a Windsor, not
a Cleveland.  However, it overhangs the end seal.  I wonder if an
extension was welded on?  Another possibility is it's an A331 high
port version of the Torker but that would require the cylinder head
intake ports to be stuffed to seal properly.  Most of the Motorsport
intakes were set up to go on either Windsor or Cleveland type blocks
but I've never seen a Windsor version of the Edelbrock A331 Torker
look-a-like.
