[DeTomaso] Blower motor replacement

I added a three speed fan to my Pantera years ago. I use the interior light
switch for low speed and the normal fan switch for medium and high. Not
elegant, but it works.

The problem is, the fan is pretty noisy and I need to pull it out and see
why.

A PWM would allow an even slower speed which may make it quieter at least at
that speed. Dunno, but I like the PWM in my GT40, so that's my plan.
