[DeTomaso] Automobile Stealth Paint?

 Std flat black primer abosrbs moisture quickly so it needs sealing or you 
get rust in a few weeks (did this on a flathead Ford back in high school. 
Lots of sanding a month later....). True military 'stealth' paint is 
conductive so radar doesn't reflect efficiently but carries along the paint's surface 
to ground. I'd like to find a source! FWIW- J DeRyke
