That's Gary Spratling of Nor-Cal at the Monterey Historics. Gary is a very 
long-time member who nearly always attends the Historics but does not 
otherwise attend many events. He has owned that show-quality machine for decades. 
Call him on the phone and ask; he is listed in the POCA Roster. He is not a
