Seems I remember there was a skyscraper going up in New York( or  London? ) 
and they wanted to preserve a local church so they build the tower  around 
and over the church.

If it had been me, My  flower shop would have new SUPER digs inside the 
hotel
with easy outside  access, rent free and I'd have a whole building full of
