Personally I would rather arrive too early to the airport than be stressed about making a flight.
On a Sunday it's probably only about 20 min from Paramount to LAX, so I would think an hour would cover it even if the traffic is horrible.
Actually if you go on www.sigalert.com you can check the traffic situation when you are at Hall or Wilkinson and you will know.

Dan, Mid-day you should be able to get from Paramount to LAX in about half  
n hour.  That's a big "should" as there can always be traffic  problems.  
orst case, you might have to double your drive time.   There are several 
lternative routes via 405 and 105 freeways.  You may  want to make sure the 
enders are going to be there.  I understand that  Precision is moving soon 
r has moved.  PI Motorsports is freeway close and  may be an alternative for
