[DeTomaso] Window motor replacement recommendations

My motivation to replace the motors:
 
Someday the OEM motors will die and the further that day is in the  future, 
the more difficult getting a replacement will be. One metal gear costs  as 
much as two replacement motors (which include the gearbox).
 
The replacement motors are 35 years newer in design and material.  They use 
modern magnets and draw around 20% the current of the OEM  motors while 
lifting the window twice as fast.
 
I like to tinker.
 
I have two OEM motor/gearboxes. They worked when removed  (passenger side 
gearbox a little noisy). Will give away free ..... you pay the  freight.
