[DeTomaso] Whose yellow Pantera mixing with the Veyron?

Here is a YouTube video I found searching under Bugatti Veyron, looks like
it's in the Phoenix area, and as the lot are pulling out from a show (the
Bugatti has to stop traffic so he can show off his acceleration), there is a
yellow Pantera pulling out about 8-10 cars back of the Veyron.  Who is that?
