There is only maintenance if you have a solid lifter camshaft, which I don't
think you do.

 

Other than that, just look for any abnormal wear - i.e. shiny spots where it
isn't supposed to be shiny.

Hello and Happy New Year,

I am replacing the valve cover gaskets that are leaking and have a question
about the rocker arms. (since I have the covers off)

Since I lack piston engine experience I am curious....is there any
maintenance involved with the style
of rocker arm I have on the engine?    (pic attached)  any tolerances that
need to be reviewed?  if so is there a site with instructions
where I can learn these procedures?
