I've been using a plate scanning/matching process to add some vintage photos to the
registry.

 

Just some of the cars in the last couple of days include:

 

Mad Dawg's car, before it burned to the ground.

Forest Goodhart's car when it had the Magna-charger engine.

Jim Demmick's car when it still had bumpers, and was yellow.

Kent Snyder's car when. wel,l it has looked the same for decades!

Trevor Foguere's car when it was gold.

Dave Adler's WHIPLASH. etc.

 

 

So this goes to show it can be rewarding if the current owner adds previous license plates

to the database which allows old photos to be matched and added.

 

You don't have to even specify the state/area of the old plate, just the numbers+letters.

Many of you have at least one old plate (off the title when you bought it).

For security and privacy reasons, only the owner/submitter can edit/add details for a
given entry.
