Depends on the market they are going after. I don't know about the rest of  
you all, but I don't think I'm the target market for a $175K SUV.
 
DeTomaso always had poor relationship with the press and as a result, the  
cars never got much media support, were knocked for quality issues, etc, 
etc. We  all know the reputation it has from the questions and comments we get 
at  car shows.  Maybe an oblique relationship to the original company and  
cars is a good thing. Hey, it'sa Italian. Capisce!  What else needs to  be 
said.
