Thinking out loud.

If you had access to a multicar trailer and the desire to bring Panteras to Reno, for the Fun Rally, from Houston, Texas, what route may work best in the following scenario.

We would trailer the cars part way to Reno and park the rig.  We would unload the Panteras and drive the last leg.  The trip is 1900 miles one way and none of us are interested in driving that far in our Panteras.  

So, what would be the best sports car and vista driving roads to approach Reno from the East/South East?  Is it hgwy 50? 

Of course, we would need a safe place to park the rig until our return.  Ideally, some Pantera owners secure Ranch.  :^)
