1. Keep away the evil neighbors spitting on it
2. Make a weird car somewhat more interesting. Panteras already look cool.
3. Maybe would make it start more reliably
4. Would enhance the random explosions more Chernobyl like
5. Would kill the rats trying to nest in it and the snakes from the engine compartment
6. The radioactive sign would nicely complement the devil's pitchfork's adorning its boxy exterior
