[DeTomaso] Oil brand with ZDDT?

The past several years, I've used Mobil Delvac.  It is readily available at truck stops.

I used CompCams break-in oil with the last 2 cams.  It is available from Summit, but I bought it at the local speed shop.

I don't know where to find EOS.
