[DeTomaso] Oil brand with ZDDT?

It's little details like this that make all the difference. So 15W-40 SM rated oil like Delo or Rotella is not limited to 800ppm like the thin oils are.

Amsoil makes this:

ttp://www.amsoil.com/storefront/amo.aspx

he description says it has a high zinc additive package. I have never heard
nything bad about Amsoil.

orco makes a ZDDP additive. There is a good article here:

t looks like Valvoline VR1 Racing 20/50 has zbbt, but the ppm are not
isted.
saw some posts from June '10 on an Alfa Romeo site indicating it has 1,300
pm, but I don't know how reliable, or current, that info is.
upposedly Royal Purple has zbbt, but that stuff seems to leak real easily.

Any oil that has been taken down to CJ-4 rating only guarantees 800 ppm,
and a reasonable target is 1300 unless you have a roller cam.

Delco EOS is about the easiest 'real' supplement to find and there is
 enough info on the jug
for you can figure out how much to add to raise the content by 500 points.
