          Ohh.  Ohh.   I know who rode with Keith:  Paul McCarty, who at one
time (maybe still does...?) held the POCA drag championship in a Pantera
(non tube frame, etc) with a 10.62 at Las Vegas in about 1990.

I hope you all can open this. It's a nice memoir on the Cannonball  Runs 
from the 70's. I know of at least one Pantera that made a subsequent  run in

the 80s. Keith Verges of Dallas in his red Pantera made the run with
another 
Pantera owner whose name escapes me right now. And of course Bob  
Levitt(sp?) this last year.
