[DeTomaso] DB Starters

My studs must have been replaced. As I had bolts in mine and there was no need to do anything but unbolt and rebolt the new starter. This hoping you have bolts not studs. Mike  Go for it Larry

  About the only modification that needs to be made is some judicious filing of the bolt holes in the starter.  Often they are just slightly too small to accept the metric studs.

  Oh, I forgot about something.  You need to get new, longer metric studs:

  This is an original stud and a new one side-by-side.  I found them at my local Ace hardware store, no problem!
