Gary,

Welcome!  :)

I don't  have your answers but wanted to chime in with a welcome message 
anyway.  I do know you should be getting information in the following areas:

- You should be able to use your existing evaporator.
- You'll most likely need to replace or inspect the expansion valve and 
filter
- You'll want new hoses and receiver/drier
- The condenser might be good or you may want to replace it.
- Opinions vary on the compressor
- If you're at it and have the money, you might consider a Kirk Evan's 
firewall reduction kit.  Basically a new bracket that relocates the 
alternator and A/C compressor.  Use a modern version of both if you 
wish.  Creates more cabin room.

If you don't see all the info right away, don't worry, give it some 
time.  You can also spend time researching the archives, spend some time 
on http://www.panteraplace.com in the tech section and maybe check out 
the PI forum for answers as well.
