[DeTomaso] NPC: Picture of my next house

You don't really want your living space above your garage.  In my 
current house, the bedrooms are above the garage and anything that has a 
strong odor immediately seeps through the floor.  So no painting, very 
little gas, even most spray solvents are bad.

I love have the space for 5+ cars, but the odor limit is annoying.
