[DeTomaso] Vin #2186 and had an "L" bumper ??

There have been (and there still is) a number of "Pre-L" cars that be fitted with an "L"
bumper.  

The Registry is a natural source for things like this:

I entered L for the bumper type of both front and rear, and the first 15 or so entries are
pre-L cars (Pre-number 4269)with both a front and rear L bumper.  You can also search for
L front and any of the other variations for a rear bumper, and get hits.

So perhaps by the time this guy obtained the car it had received an L bumper.

Or he just typo-ed "L" when he meant "Pre-L".
