[DeTomaso] made in China

I take a slightly different spin on this. Made in China means, except for
the mark-up, profits go to China. Made in USA means corporate profits stay
in USA. Though I admit some components may come from elsewhere, the primary
profits stay stateside. I'm proud to say that nothing I bought as
Christmas presents this year was stamped Made in China.
