I once heard that almost all the cam blanks come from China.  Is that true?

Don't forget that just because it is assembled here, many of the parts can
be from off shore companies.

I second the made in China sentiments.  Sorry if I offend anyone on this
forum.  I just finished a small block chevy build for my 1957, and I made
sure every single part was NOT made in China.  most things arent too hard if
you look around, and summit is helpful in directing you to made in USA.  One
of the hardest was the damper/balancer.  Most are offshore.  Romac is made
in australia but hard to find.  ATI and fluidampr are made here, but they
are expensive!!   The starter is also hard to find outside of made in china.
i did not know powermaster is made in US!!
