WHAT! YOU'RE CLAIMING A 12.5% VOTER RATE AS ACCEPTABLE.
This why I'm not a member.
US PRESIDENTIAL voter turnout is almost always from 50-60% of registered
voters.

Wake up, it's 2011, it's simple, set up a ballot like a survey on a FREE
service like Survey Monkey, verify voters by email addresses, give them a
24 hour window to vote, you can easily send out a series of email blasts to
announce the voting date.
